Healthcare workflow manager
X-Tray
A reliable link between patient and image
Healthcare information is often spread across separate systems and devices. X-Tray bridges these information islands, connecting electronic health records, scheduling systems and medical imaging equipment. This reduces manual data entry and helps keep patient information consistent throughout the imaging workflow, supporting a reliable link between patients and their images. X-Tray scales from a clinic with a single device to a region-wide healthcare network.
Support different imaging workflows
X-Tray supports scheduled imaging, encounter-based imaging and point-of-care imaging. For scheduled imaging, appointments can be made available as worklists on imaging equipment.
For encounter-based and point-of-care imaging, such as point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), an ad hoc booking can be created directly from the imaging equipment when needed. This helps link the images to the right patient without a booking in advance.
Typical applications
- Deliver worklists from scheduling systems to imaging equipment
- Combine appointments from multiple systems into one worklist
- Create ad hoc appointments directly from imaging equipment
- Keep medical systems updated when patient IDs or names change
